Katherine Mary Squire, 69 of Chicago, passed away at 11:38 PM. on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Alden Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Chicago.
She was born on June 12, 1954 in Kankakee, IL to Marshall Morel Squire and Virginia McGee Squire.
Surviving are two brothers; David (Patricia) Wagner, of Hereford, AZ and Robert Squire (Grace) of Elmhurst, IL; and a sister Janet (Robert) Wilkinson of Wyoming, IL.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Wagner, in November of 2012.
Kathy graduated from York Community High School in 1972. She attended Lincoln Christian College and worked as a Medical Transcriptionist in Chicago for many years. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, reading the Bible, and talking on the phone with her family.
There will be no services. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL, at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Christian Funeral Home in Chicago.
