Belated, to say the least, still heartfelt. We were so lucky to have grown up on the 400 block of 6th Avenue. Truly, some of my fondest memories are of the Lindsay home. Their door was always open. As with most of our fathers working long hours, we didn't get a lot of time with Mr. Lindsay. However, when we did get that time he was really present, making us "littles" feel so important. There are people in our lives who make such an impression and even after more than 40 years, John Lindsay is one of those people.

I had the pleasure of working with John at the Weyerhauser Design Center. He was a gentle and gracious man, providing encouragement and opportunities for me. I have never forgotten, nor shall I, as I remember him fondly and with a smiling heart. He touched many people, and I serve testament to his presence.

Tom,
Sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He and I talked a few times at VORTEX over the years. He was a good guy. I always enjoyed seeing him. Please accept my sympathies.
