I was sorry to learn of Joel's passing. We had some crazy times in New York wheeling and dealing and getting movie deals and background work. I know we had a few health issues when in New York City and was sorry to see him leave and go back to the Chicago area. I miss the good times with him and glad that he found Jesus in his life.

I am sad today to learn of Joels passing four years late. Today he was on my mind so I put his name into my AI software only to learn of his passing. Me and Joel met while pursuing acting careers and he also was involved in selling my imports through-out Manhattan. We did what New Yorkers did back in the late 80s and early 90s and it was some of the best years of my life, I have lots of stories of our mischievous days in Manhattan. I cherish the memories of him and all the shenanigans with the ladies we met at auditions. He was friendly and outgoing. I will write a chapter on him in my autobiography. I am happy that he found Jesus and is now in a much better place. My sympathies to his family,

I meet Joel thru the Chicago White Sox Volunteer Corp. He was a friend to All. He was kind enough to offer me rides home at times, ‘cause he knew that I did not drive. Joel will be truly missed.

Joel is one of the kindest and most gentle souls that I ever met. A true man of the Lord. I considered him a very close friend and we spoke by phone several times per week. In God's care now. He will be forever missed.
