Born: December 31, 1926; in Chicago, IL

Died: August 16, 2018; in Las Vegas, IL

Mr. Frank John Foderaro, born on December 31, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Maria (Yacunitti) and the late Frank, passed away at age 91 on August 16, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Frank attended Crane High School in Chicago, Illinois. From 1945 to 1946, Frank served in the U.S. Army during World War II and he also worked as a firefighter at the Cicero Fire Department in Cicero, Illinois until he retired in 1978. He held a second job for Sears and Montgomery Wards and retired from Montgomery Wards in 1987. Frank was the beloved husband of Dolores (Raguso) for 66 years. Upon retirement, Frank and Dolores moved to Nevada and enjoyed the past 30 plus years in the sun.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Angeline (spouse, Frank) Salerno, Yolanda Foderaro, and Toni (spouse, Michael) Masse.

Frank is survived by his sons, Kerry and Joseph (spouse Margaret); grandchildren, Nicholas, Derek, Taylor and Jessica; and many cherished relatives and friends.

He was a long-time member of Guardian Angel Cathedral, Catholic Church of Las Vegas, Nevada.

In lieu of flowers, gifts or donations, Frank's family requests that a random act of kindness be passed on to a stranger. Friends and family can pay their respects at the funeral service, officiated by Fr. Tom Montelaro, on Thursday, August 30 from 10:00 at Guardian Angel Cathedral, Las Vegas Nevada, with a visitation prior at 9:00am. Inurnment will immediately follow at Palm Eastern Cemetery, Henderson, Nevada.
