Frances Marie Budd, nee Gottfried, age 105, of Elmhurst.
Beloved wife of the late Larry; sister of seven; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst from 8:30 A.M. until time of prayers at 9:00 A.M. Friday, June 20, going to Immaculate Conception Church. Mass at 9:30 A.M. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.

I have loved Fran my entire life. She was my neighbor as I grew up on Claremont Street, a cherished friend when I moved away. I will always remember her flowers and garden, her fondness for butterflies and parakeets, the care she showed my mother, the respect she had for my father, her presence at our family gatherings, the love she expressed to my sons. I will miss her humor, stories, tenacity and zest for life. I will always cherish the memories of being at her kitchen table, laughing and visiting over cake and tea, and returning home with a bag of special items she collected just for me.
Thank you, Fran, for all the joy and wisdom you brought into my life! May you continue to be blessed with butterflies and birds, and an everlasting garden of bountiful beauty.....May you find yourself once again dancing on the floor of the Aragon ballroom in your purple gown, roses at your waist......angels at your side.....
