CURTIS A. JAMES Curtis A. James, of Brookfield. Beloved husband of Helene. Loving father of Sharon (Dixon) Wallace, Debra James (Paul Straka) and Curtis (Efi) James. Devoted grandfather of Kelly Andrews (Bill Schurman), Larry (Robyn) Andrews, John Andrews, Christal (Drew) Beyer, Matthew and Joanna James, and Sean (Kristy) Wallace. Dear great-grandfather of Breann, Hayley and Madelyn Andrews, Jamie and Gabriel Beyer and Austin Wallace. Fond uncle of many. Survived by siblings, Jerry (Julie) James and Betty ("Buzz") Crider. Dear brother-in-law of Gail Koziel. Preceded in death by his parents and 7 other siblings. Visitation was held 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Sunday, June 23, at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. A?Graveside Service followed on Monday, June 24, at All Saints Polish National Catholic Cemetery, 9201 W. Higgins, Chicago. Curtis was an avid golfer, talented craftsman and carpenter, gardener, and animal lover. Funeral home phone, 708-352-6500.
