You couldn't ask for a better person or brother. So many precious memories of moments growing up and as adults. He never stopped being funny and if you were down or bummed he'd lift your spirits with a trick a joke or just being down right goofy . I'm gonna miss you so damn much little big brother.

Charlie....I am the mother in law of your nephew Chris..the mother of Jenn. When I met you at the family gathering at Shannons while you were visiting Texas...your humor and personality encompassed an entire room...May u rest in peace...

Had the privilege of meeting Chuck at his sister Shannon's home in Texas. A fellow Taurean, he and I found it easy to talk, but he had that charming ability with everyone, it seemed. There are few enough such people in the world, and he is sorely missed. My condolences to all his family, and a hug for Shannon, my grandson Luke's wife.

I went to school with Chuck, and ran into him a few times around town when he was in Streator. I never saw him without a smile. He was very proud to be a dad and he loved his girls. His family has been And will continue to be in our prayers.
