I first met Bernice(MaMa as my step mother-in law Eleanor would call her)When she was invited to my brother-in-laws home,I think in 2001. I was amazed to see this 90 some, agile ,attractive women, just get up from sitting on a hassock .She seemed to get up with very little effort. I wanted to know how I could have that kind of longevity and health. I think her first secret was an obedience to the Lord. El told me of seeing her into her 90's still praying on her knees.Because she loved the Lord, she lived for him . When you met her you knew that.My sympathy's go out to Lauretta and her large extended family.Fondly, Karen Dillenburg
