Arthur Stadtler Obituary
Arthur Stadtler, age 77 of Downers Grove, Illinois went to heaven on Ash Wednesday February 17, 2021. He passed peacefully within his home with his Beloved wife Diana and children by his side. Art was a good father who always took care of his children and grandchildren and did the best he could to teach and guide them. A man who never cared much about himself and who even in his final days would say to his loved ones, "just to take care of "Mom" when I'm gone". Art was a local small business owner of Stadtler Heating & Cooling. He was a strong, proud and good man. He is loved and will be missed by many!
Art is survived by loving wife, Diana Stadtler (Crnkovich); children, Robin McCarthy (Thomas) Mallory, Hannah, Andrew. Bob Stadtler (Karin) Kerigan, Ian, Quinn, Katelin. Shelly Doohan (Kevin) Grace and Jake.
Visitation will be held Sunday 3pm to 7pm at Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan 4343 Main Street Downers Grove. Funeral Mass held Monday 10:00am St. Mary of Gostyn Church, 445 Prairie Ave. Downers Grove. Interment Clarendon Hills Cemetery. 630-968-1000.
