Ann M. Mason, 70, of Oswego, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Rush Copley Medical Center. She was born September 28, 1951, in Aurora, Illinois.
Ann was a 1969 graduate of Aurora Central Catholic High School. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Ann was truly devoted to her family as a mother and grandmother but above all to her beloved husband Gary. She would lovingly gift her family Hallmark ornaments every Christmas. Ann's favorite time of the year was fall and she loved Halloween. Ann enjoyed the movie Die Hard and any John Wayne movies; she was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan and loved watching the game show Jeopardy.
She is survived by her husband of forty eight years, Gary Mason; three children, Adam Mason, Matthew (Amy) Mason, Jennifer (Bill) Mack; her grandson, Lucas Mack; several nieces and nephews; Amy (Ben) Cano, Melissa (Robert) Gonzales, Tom (Renee) Mason, April (Jeff) Tolomei, Larry (Tracy) Mason, Jr.; her father-in-law, Eugene Mason; her sister-in-law, Cathy Mason; her four grandpets, "Nessy", "Richie", "Helio", and "Holly".
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernie and Laura (Boisdorf) Mosher; and her brother, Dr. Michael Mosher; her mother-in-law, Polly Mason; a brother-in-law, Larry Mason; and a sister-in-law, Nancy Neff.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois 60506. (630) 631-5500. Due to Covid-19 pandemic protocols, social distancing and face masks are required for those in attendance.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021at 10:00 AM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY; interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.

Oct. 26th and just reading this a friend from Sears sent me a message.Would you believe I was getting ready for a Dr. appt. and was wondering about Ann this morning. Wondering how many grandchildren there was and old Lucas was now. She was a good friend. Sorry for each of you I know Ann will be terribly missed.
