Phyllis Ruth Coyle

Phyllis Ruth Coyle, nee Fink, age 93, was born May 4, 1925 in Orchard, Iowa, the daughter of Milo and Dorothy, nee Kruger, Fink. She married Charles E. Coyle on June 12, 1948 in Mason City, Iowa. Phyllis and Charles were married 58 years, until his death in 2006.

Together they raised a beautiful family, having four loving children, Jane (Arthur) Weldon, Mary (Russ) Holpuch, Tom Coyle and Jonathan (Diane) Coyle; Phyllis also adored her role as grandmother to Melissa Weldon-Padera (Kevin Padera), Jennifer Weldon (Nathan Pawloski), Jason Holpuch (Kristen Petersen), Brett (Kristen) Holpuch, Christine Holpuch, Katie (Beau) Reynolds, Christi (Tom) Bonnier, Carrie (Chris) Matlock and Shawn Coyle; and loved being a great grandmother to Louie Abramic, Brianna Pawloski, Jefferson Holpuch, Leora Holpuch, Brendan Bonnier, Nicole Bonnier and Savannah Matlock.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and sisters, Jackie Lorence & Connie Mauser.

Family and friends may gather for a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9:00am until time of Memorial Mass 10:00 am at St. Joseph Parish, 4801 Main St., Downers Grove, IL. Phyllis will be buried next to her beloved husband, Charles, in Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton, IL.
