Kristy Castillo Obituary

Kristy passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at McLaren Bay Region with her mother by her side at the age of 40. She was born October 14, 1981 in Bay City, Michigan. Kristy was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish.  She enjoyed fishing, traveling to visit with friends and reaching out to someone everyday to help them out.

She is survived by her mother Linda Castillo; father and step-mother, Patrick and Barb Castillo; brother, Dominic (Tracy) Costellorizo; brother Derek; sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Paul Steinke; many nieces and nephews and cousins; special friends Karen Smith and Patricia Latarte. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Jenny Schroer and her paternal grandparents, Lupé and Estafana.

At the request of Kristy cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will take place Monday June 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. St. Catherine of Siena Parish-St. Vincent de Paul Church. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Robert Kelm. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
