J. (John) Beard Obituary

J. W. "John" Beard, lovingly known by family and friends as “John” went peacefully to be with our     Father in Heaven, on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Zethel (Sissy) Beard, son J.W. Beard, Jr.  and a grandson, Christopher Beard.

J.W. is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Donna A. Beard of Midway, Texas. Sons Pete (Rose) Beard of Waxahachie, Texas. Joe Don Beard, of Corpus Christi, Texas, John (Hellen) Beard, Aransas Pass, Texas. Daughters Clarisa Ann (Robert) Smart of Steadman, Missouri, Janice (Ken) Hippochen of   Munford, Tennessee.

Grandchildren Jon-Michael Beard, Allan Beard, Brian Beard, all of Waxahachie, Texas, Charlie Beard of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jacob Neal of Missouri. Granddaughters, Cynthia, Melissa, Katherin, all of Missouri, Mikaela Ferrier, Texas. Numerous Great Grandchildren.

J.W. favorite cats, Snowball, Sad Eyes, Mitzi, Boots, Fuzzy and Wuzzy.
