Dear Mulholland Family,
I was a Glenbard West high School classmate of Jan's. We were together in Paul Yaeger's first period speech class.
I did not have the opportunity to know Ruth. However by listening to her obituary she sounded like a well-rounded woman. I want to extend my sympathy to everyone.
Janet Snively, my mother, passed on last December 19, 2014 at the age of 91. Mother struggled with congestive heart failure.

Becky (David) and all members of the Ruth Mulholland family, I found the obituary of your mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother to be a lady who would have been great fun to have as a friend. The description of her personality traits are pretty close to that of her daughter, Becky. I have seen the family photo taken from Mrs. Mulholland's 95th birthday which showed the great love and respect her ever-expanding family held for her and will always cherish. God Bless.

My heart goes out to all of the Mulhollands. I have many great memories of Ruth and Ray and my parents playing bridge along with many other adventures that they shared. I will always remember having Ruth as a substitute teacher when I was in school. I could never get away with anything because she and my mom were such good friends. I hope that you all share many good memories, hugs, smiles, and some tears this week. Tell a few of your Mom's favorite jokes, and remember how blessed you have been to have had Ruth and Ray as your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.
Thoughts and prayers to all of you,
