Phyllis Joan Salter, nee Berg, born January 22, 1931 in Oak Park, passed away July 11, 2016. Resident of Wheaton. Formerly of Glen Ellyn.
Member of First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn- Longtime choir member. Retired Nurse Practitioner.
Beloved wife of 63 years to Forrest. Loving mother of Scott (Lisa) Salter, Jeffery (Ann) Salter and the late Bob Salter. Beloved daughter of the late Margretta and Eddie Berg. Proud grandmother of Shannon, Ryan, Avery, Scott and Leah. Great grandmother of Nora and Forrest. Dear sister of Karen Primm. Fond aunt of Denise and Diane.
In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer's Association Greater Illinois Chapter at 8430 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60631 would be appreciated.
