Pete,
I don't know if you remember me from the early 90's Kemper sales support days, but Nancy and I worked on the same team. Amy Martich just told me about Nancy's death, and I wanted to let you know how sorry I am. Not only did Nancy help train me when I started at Kemper, she also helped me get my grad assistantship at Loyola. She was such a wonderful, fun, giving person. I remember helping her move out of one of her apartments (on Waveland?) into the beautiful place on Clark in Old Town. I am so sorry for your loss, and wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and your family.

To The Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. I understand how difficult it is when a loved one passes away. What helps me to cope is Acts 24:15 because it offers comfort and hope in such difficult times. Please accept my sincere condolences. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Pete,
Rob and I are overwhelmed with sadness for your loss. Nancy was a model of genuine kindness and will never be forgotten. While no man should experience such sorrow, God has chosen a one completely capable of showing his children love and compassion while keeping their mother's legacy alive in their hearts. If there is anything you need, ANYTHING, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Wish love, Francine and Rob

Dear Pete,
I just wanted you to know that your Nancy was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was always positive and upbeat--everybody's cheerleader. Nancy and your companionship and support after the death of Joe was such a comfort. And her joy over my finding Gregg gave me someone to share my happiness. You and I both know that God really does take the best. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Love, Mary

I was blessed to have met Nancy through the Downers Grove Womans Club. She was always so ambitious and so positive about everything in life. If you were ever feeling down, she always knew how to lift your spirits. She was an amazing woman to all who had the pleasure to have met her. I have not seen Nancy for several years but once you have seen her smile and attitude she is definately someone that will bring a smile to your face. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

I met Nancy at Curves about 5years ago. She would come early in the morning with her work clothes in hand. We would chat about our kids, work anything to make the 30 minutes go by. We only saw each other a few times a week if that; but I could tell she was someone you could talk to. Thank you again for letting us park our cars in your driveway when my children graduated from O'Neill Middle School. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Dear Peter and Nancy's family: I worked with Nancy in marketing at Kemper Funds from 1996 - 2000. We worked closely on many projects and became friends. We would go to lunch, shop and talk. Whenever I was sad or needed to talk Nancy was always there. She was so thoughtful and shared a lot of love. I always remember her saying "Hey Girlie" which always cheered me up. I was very lucky to have known Nancy. I am very sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences.

Peter, Jack, Max, Grace,
Our heart achs for your family, being able
to know Nancy for 11 years and to know you
peter has been truly an honor, the times we shared, laughing, visiting, going out to dinner, taking the train, getting breakfast together, DGJWC, I know she 's still ticked about us getting charged for a bottle of wine we didn't drink at
pizza capri. Nancy, will always remain in our hearts. The Lord gave her to us for such a short time on loan, as hard is this time is for all of us, I know she is at piece, and running the show up in heaven, the lord sure picked
a great person to call.

As a freelance consultant, I had the privilege of knowing and working with Nancy for a short time while she was still at LaSalle Bank. She was one of the best clients one could ever work with -- always upbeat and fun, trusting and respectful. I am blessed to have learned from her that a positive attitude is a strong motivator, not only in the workplace but in life. Please accept my deepest condolences.

"We give her back to you, O Lord
who first gave her to us;
as you did not lose her in the giving,
so we do not lose her in the return.
Not as the world gives do you give,
O Lover of souls.
For what is yours is ours also,
if we belong to you.
Life is unending because love is undying,
and the boundaries of this life are but a horizon,
and a horizon is but the limit of our vision.
Lift us up, strong Son of God,
that we may see further.
Strengthen our faith that we may see beyond the horizon.
And while you prepare a place for us,
as you have promised,
prepare us also for that happy place;
that where you are we may be also,
with those we have loved, forever."
We feel your pain, your loss. We pray together for you all.
With much love and prayers,
Fr. Joe and the people of St. Jerome's

Peter, I worked with Nancy at LaSalle Bank in the Wealth Mgt Mkting Group. She was such a joy to work with and we shared many things in our life - talking about our families, pregnancies, stories about our children, favorite TV shows, and our projects at work. She spoke so lovingly of you and the kids. I am thankful to have known her even for a short time in her life. I feel very sad that she is gone. I pray that the memories of Nancy will help bring you and kids peace one day.

Nancy was a college friend at Youngstown State University. We had been in many business and advertising classes together. I took my first trip to Chicago with her and knew that she belonged there. Her eyes lit up every time she talked about Chicago. I was so very saddened to hear about her passing. My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to her family, loved ones, and friends in this very difficult time.

I had the privilege of knowing this beautiful person for the better part of the last 17 years. She was not only one of the kindest, most thoughtful people that I was fortunate enough to have crossed paths with in my life; she was a phenomenal wife, mother, daughter, sister, humanitarian, intellect and friend. We will all forever feel a void in our lives because this "angel on earth" is gone. I know that she was reunited with her amazing father and beloved brother on her 43rd birthday in a place free of pain and smiling down on her beautiful family. My thoughts and prayers are with you Peter, Jack, Max and Grace and the entire Prezioso and Babich families. God bless each of you and watch over you during this difficult time.

"Hey, girl!" was Nancy's signature greeting with me. She quickly went from client to friend as we shared both hard work and life stories. Her family was her delight; her kids her greatest joy. I'll look for her spirit in the sunshine, in little life's pleasures, in our respective children. I will miss you, girl.

Nancy was truly a shining star. Someone who loved life and loved sharing it with others - her friends, family and children. I am so blessed that a mutual friend introduced us nearly 20 years ago and created a friendship that will last forever. Nancy will be missed by so many people, but her smile, laughter and love will live in on our hearts and through our memories.
My deepest condolences to Peter, her children and family at this difficult time.

As a marketing copywriter I had the privilege of working with Nancy in 2005-06 when she was at LaSalle Bank. She was always such a pleasure to talk to on the phone, and her responses to my work were so positive and constructive. I'm indebted to her for referring me to several other marketing managers at the bank. I enjoyed having lunch with her and a co-worker shortly before she moved over to Northern. She was so kind and easy to spend time with; I am deeply saddened to know I won't see her again. Thank you, Nancy, for showing that kindness and professionalism are entirely compatible virtues.
