Joseph F. Bauer, age 79, of Addison. Beloved husband of Betty nee Dorman. Loving father of Theresa (David) Pettineo, Beverly (the late William) Stone, Linda, and Ronald (Melissa) Bauer. Dearest grandfather of Benjamin, Joseph, Matthew and Jacob, who always made him smile. Dear brother of William and Hohn Bauer and Dorothy Weaver. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Funeral Service Monday, October 20, 2014, at 9:15 a.m., from Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake St., Addison (2 mi. East of Rt 53, 2 mi. West of Rt. 83) to St. Philip the Apostle Church, 1223 W. Holtz for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton. Visitation from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Sunday.
