I am an old friend of Jim Porter from back when Porter was a small place on Fullerton & Stewart. I'm deeply sorry for your loss. There are no right words for this situation. May she rest in peace and comfort and happiness in her journey. Sounds like she touched many people along her path and brightened theirs.

My deepest condolences to the Porter family! Aunt Lita was my Godmother and I will always remember her so very fondly!!!! She always greeted everyone with a warm hug and smile! She just was full of joy and you felt it when around her! 8 children, 31 grandchildren and 8 great grands....what a tremendous blessing! You all will be in my prayers during this difficult time of loss. Heaven has gained another angel....my mother has her friend with her now and that makes me smile!!!
God Bless!
