Dear Ken, Although I did not know your father personally, i know of him through you. I love the picture you posted of him at his 100th birthday celebration. He looked happy, and alert and seemed to be enjoying his celebratory event. No matter how much one prepares oneself for the loss of a parent, one is never prepared.
Your dad will always be with you in your thoughts, memories, in your prayers and his spirit will always be at your side.
Rejoice in the gifts that he brought to the world and gave you as well.
Blessings to you and your family.
Sorry for your loss but memories are with you always.

We lost a man who was father, grandfather and great grandfather to three generations. As well as a proud veteran of WWII and true patriot, who loved his country deeply. Quite a "coincidence" that he died on July 4th, the same day as other, better known patriots, named John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and James Monroe. And, almost two months after his 100th birthday. Rest in Peace Bob Kosek (5/12/1918-7/4/2018.) We love you, Dad, and will miss you greatly!
