Jerome E. Maly Jerome Edward Maly, age 84, born March 14, 1930, passed away peacefully in his home in Wilton Manors, Florida on April 8, 2014. He was surrounded by family and most importantly, his wife and the love of his life of 63 years, Wilma (nee Simonelli). "Maly", as he was known to his friends and family, was formerly from Downers Grove, Illinois, where he lived and raised his family. He is also survived by his 3 daughters, Marianne (Bill) Springborn, Debbie (John) Forsythe and Donna (Rich) Maly-Fairbairn; 4 grandchildren, Christopher Altman, Michael Altman, Eric Covay and Lauren Andersen; and 8 great-grandchildren. "Maly" was a master carpenter, and founder and owner of Maly Construction. He loved cars, great food, blueberries and growing orchids, but his legacy will live on in the most masterful work he ever created - his loving family. "We're not all cut out for sitting at a desk, whether it's in a classroom or a cubicle. Some individuals are driven to move and build and create." Services pending.
