James c. brubaker James C. Brubaker, age 84, of Huntley, formerly of Elmhurst, a retired field agent for Economy Fire & Casualty, passed away on Tuesday evening, November 12, 2013 in Elgin following a lengthy illness. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Lillian; his sons, Steven W. Brubaker, Jeffery O. (Lisa) Locke-Brubaker; his daughters, Alison K. (Rollin) Kindig and Leslie A. (Marc) Cullerton; his grandchildren, William, Katherine, Katherine, Kelly (Paul), Amy, Tracy, Marc and Kylie; also his cousins, Jack Packard and Jean Schneider. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 25, 2013, with visitation after 10:00 a.m. at St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church, 36W957 Highland Avenue, (Southeast corner of Randall & Highland) in Elgin. Memorials in his name may be made to the church. The DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral & Cremation Service of Huntley is in charge of the arrangements.
