Susan Rose Prucha (Dombrowski), 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 20th, 2012, at Methodist Medical Center of Illinois after a fleeting battle with cancer. Susan was born on June 29th, 1949, a long time resident of Berwyn, IL. She is survived by her three beloved daughters, Rachel Palacios-Williams (David), Sandi Davis (Robert), and Lori Saldana (David); her grandchildren, Monica, Eric, Shane, Marcus, Alexander, Amber, Joshua and Benjamin; her siblings Joseph Dombrowski (Diane), Richard Dombrowski (Teresa), Raymond Dombrowski (Carol), Marie Jakubowski, Patsy Perez (Jose) and Lucille Serrano (Ernesto); and her many beloved nieces and nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Antoinette Featherkile; father, Stanley Dombrowski; two sisters, Toni Dombrowski and Irene Simigliano; and two brothers, Frank Hernandez and Stanley Dombrowski Jr. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 3rd from 10am to 2pm at Calvary Memorial Church, 931 Lake St., Oak Park, IL.
